Question about 1990 Ford F150
Hi! Please check the fuel filter first. IT may be clogged with dirt and rusts from the fuel tank thats why fuel is not flowing even a new fuel pump was installed. Have it replaced. HOpe this helps and have a good one!

Your Initial Start SHOULD INCLUDE (CYCLING The Key from off to the ON Position 4-7 Times) This is the PRIME PROCEDURE you Ask about, Also Do a VISUAL Check With Someone Cranking the Engine If you have Throttle Body Injecters Simply Look For an Umbrella Pattern of Fuel Pulsing out from Injecters.
