The gamma stereo is made by mitsubishi in europe,no dealer keeps the codes as you can change it yourself, if you have the code in the fist place, you will have to look in yellow pages for a firm that will recode your radio.....in UK cost around £20.

SAFE CODE FOR AUDI A4 2001

There are 3 ways to solve this.
1) call Audi USA and provide them with info on your car and request the code number.
2) If you know someone that knows how to open up the stereo radio system. The code is labeled on the inside.
3) this is a last resort option, the option I had to go through. You can take it to a certified Audi dealership and have them go into the radio system and get the code. However I had to pay $145.00 for this service.
Just know that everytime you disconnect the battery in the engine this is gonna happen so be sure to save your code or provide it to to Audi USA for records.

I have the key code to my acura 93 model and i enterred it.

Call the dealership and tell them you are the original owner and have them guide you through the steps here are instructions to make sure you have the serial number off the radio. Try this: If you have jumped or replaced the battery at anytime this will happen. You have to get the serial number off the radio by removing it or partially taking it out to see the numbers on it try not to remove any cords. With the stereo out (to make sure you get the right number off of it) call an Acura dealership with the number and they will give you the another number to enter into the stereo and directions on how to punch the numbers in. Make sure while you have the stereo out you write the serial number down and keep it in a safe place also the number that the Acura dealership gives you because if you sell the car or if it happens again its easily accessible. Good Luck!

Audi a6 stereo on safe how do i fix it

Enter the radio code, take your car to the dealership with proof of ownership and they can get it for you, you should have it from the previous owner or if you bought it new, to enter it, hold the pscan and rbds buttons for a few seconds, then numbers will show up, press the corresponding buttons to change the numbers, when you have your code in, hold pscan and rbds buttons for a few seconds. when you release the radio should unlock, good luck

1998 audi a4 car stereo

That's weird that they won't help you out. Usually if the stereo is in the car and you show proof of ownership of the vehicle, they'll give you the code for a fee. I'd call another Audi dealer (or a VW dealer - same corporation so they should be able to help) and see if they'll do it for you. Typically they look up the code based on the VIN of the vehicle, but obviously since your stereo was replaced they can't do it that way. Hopefully another dealer will be more understanding of the situation and will help you out. That's the only way to get it though.

Stereo system on 97 audi v8

There wer 3 diffrent radio options for that particular vehicle. All three have diffrent ways to unlock the radio. If you can tell me what type (Bose, Gamma, or Delta) I can give you the unlock procedure.
