The abs module is rarely the problem. the master cylinder above it is more common. you should have an expert look at it as this is not something that can be diagnosed without a visual inspection. it will only get worse

Im install new brake swich because the abs light is on now the tile lights brakes not work

The fault is not with the brake swittch as the brake light works with the tail brake light whereas the ABS works from the failure of the ABS system.
So it is important that you recheck the connections once again to see there is a misconnection and check on the ABS unit.

2001.5 Dodge Ram Diesel 2500 4x4 Brake Pedal drops to floor

It sounds like you have a bad mastercylinder cause when you panic brake it doesn't have time to bleed through the valve in the cylinder but under normal braking your foot is on pedal longer in turn giving the fluid time to bypass the valve in the mastercylinder in turn the pedal going to the floor.

I have a 4x4 dodge ram 1500 pick up quad cab that

Hello there:
what i would suggest is to remove all of the mats that you can and stasrt the vehical and turn on the heater and let it run for a while and see if there is any water leaking from there if no water is noticed get a water hose and run water all around the windshield and than inspect from the inside to see fi there is any water coming in anywhere and if ther is than you will need a new windshield gasket there may also be a leak between the cab and the firewall so check to see if thereis any plugs that are missing or any place that hoses are going thru the firewall to see if they have a gap in them allowing water to leak in and cracks in the cab floor will get water in there too ok?
so please try these i hope that this has been very helpfull for you
best regards michael

1996 dodge ram 3500, abs brakes are locking up

is it the front or rear locking up? you really have to have this truck loaded (load valve under bed) before the back brakes come on and i think these are the same as my 1999 2500 where the rear is only abs, and not on the front..dumb design i know, but thats how it is...determining if its rear abs only and which axle is locking up will help pin point the problem...i put 100000 miles on my dodge since i got it in 2001 and i put 8 sets of pads on the front and just changed the rear lining and thats only because the rear wheel cylinder was leaking causing the rear brakes to lock up..

The brake and ABS light both come on when you are receiving no speed signal. Most likely the speed sensor in the top of the rearend is bad.

ABS / BRAKE LIGHT

just a thought but, disconnect the battery for 10 to 15 minutes to reset the memory. You might have a computer that is not resetting.

Also, even after resetting you might need to drive it to "force computer to recognize the faults are cleared.
