A really good soaking of WD40 for no less than 20 minutes (spray it at least 3 times) and start the car for a couple or three minutes or five minutes to warm up the steel and either a wrench will take it off or you could rent a oxygen sensor wrench (usually for free when you bring the receipt back with the tool) from Autozone.
