P1128 trouble code is for (Upstream Heated O2 Sensors Swapped). Did you switch around any of the O2 sensors?

I have a Hyundai elantra 1997 model and its leaking water at the wedge plug what can I do to fix it

There is only one way . Remove it and replace it with a new one. after you get it out check if it is rusted if so replace the others , other wise they will leak later on . fill with new coolant to stop future trouble. If you search around you may find some brass plugs they wont rust out.

I have an 1999 hynduai Elantra it acts like it want to crank but won't and I had it put on the machine it gave a reading of p1128 code I can't find it and I need help trying to figure what this code is

Check your hoses between the air flow sensor and the throttle body. If
there are no leaks, you probably need a new air flow sensor. or a the very least clean you mass air flow sensor and check the electrical connections. also check for vacuum leaks.

I go ta obd11 code of p1128 I can't find it I have a 1999 Elantra my car acting like it want to crank but won't I have to sit and it will eventually crank

you are having trouble with you MAF, mass air flow sensor. It may be dirty. It is fragile so use the correct cleaner made just for mass air flow sensors. Check the electrical connection for corrosion and tightness.

Check engine klight was on and read a code of P1128 on themachin but nothing else . Where is the problem to fix it ( Possible to get it in French but no necessary)

A quick check on the net indicates MAF sensor or intake leak:

P1128 - Long Term Fuel Trim Multiplicative System Too Lean.
The ECM will set a code and the MIL will turn on if the long-term fuel trim value goes from 10% to 15% lean for 30 seconds during two driving cycles when the following conditions are met:
1.- Engine loads exceeds 1.8 milliseconds.
2.- Engine coolant temp. is above 158F (70C).
3.- Canister purge system is not operating.
4.- Mass air flow is less than or equal to 5.5grams per second.
5.- Engine speed is below 1000RPM.

Did you erase the codes? Did you put in a new MAF sensor or a junkyard sensor? Check the intakes for cracks or holes?

Good luck.

Check engine light

The trouble code P1128 is for a faulty mass air flow sensor or MAP. This is a common problem with 1999-2000 Accents. There is air leakage within the unit and/or the hot wire in the unit is badly contaminated. A bad MAP will cause the vehicle to bog and loose power.
