There has to be screws. Look for snap on caps over where the screws should be.

You have to remove the sunvisors and rain sensor cover & the side trims + upper plastic roof trim there are hidden screws behind the rubber trim on the top section and 4 screws beneath the interior upper plastic section thats why you need to remove the sunvisors etc, it will lift off reasonably easy once all the screws are removed be careful with the plastic pieces I did this job last week takes about 45 mins to remove

There should be a small slot on the plastic caps. Insert a flathead screwdriver and pop them open...that will give you access to the retainers. Hope this helps.

See if there is a screw present in the area where the visor and bracket meet. If so, tighten the screw. This places a drag between the two so the visor remains up or down
