simple. by a replacement starter at your local parts store and follow the instructions that come with it. The 4 cyl is too easy to even describe. Save the old starter for a deposit refund.

if you remove the knobs you will see there is some flat nuts that need to be removed remoive them and there should be able to remove the faceplate

Your starter is located on the side of your engine towards the bottom. It looks something like this with a few wires running to the end of it. You will not be able to see the gear on the end because it will be attached to the rear of the engine at the flywheel.

Check the ground cable going from the battery to
alternator, then to chassis. Make sure there is no
rust at the chassis ground wire terminal, and that it
is very tight. The fusible link will be off the alternator
red power cable,usually, but not 100% on that car.
