What causes a 95 buick lasabre to cut off as soon as it starts?

This may be related to the antitheft system The system is known for turning off the starter and/or injectors when it fails. Is there a light on the dash that says SECURITY? This is a common problem worth looking into. The system will kill the engine in 5 seconds or less.

99Buick overheated wont start added water it blew white smoke out exhaust and stunk like rotten eggs

You have coolant getting into the cylinders, most likely the head gasket has failed. I would recommend you avaid using the car until it gets fixed.

I have a 2005 buick lasabre my car died after the Check Charge System light came on what can be the problem

First, check your battery connections. Loose or highly corroded battery terminals are most typical problems. If this was sudden, it is likely your alternator has quit working, and your battery was not charging or perhaps your belt (alternator or serpentine) broke. If your belt(s) are Ok - get a jump start and take to Autozone (or similar) and leave it running and go inside and ask for help. They can test your charging system while it is still in vehicle and tell you for sure whats going on. Might only need a new alternator and a battery charge, or if this has been going on for some time, it might have killed your battery past the point of no return. Good luck.

Turned the key to crank my 2000 buick lasabre and it clicked once and nothing after that

try boosting it, if the car has sat awhile the computer and related systems will kill the battery (4-6 weeks). otherwise i'd check the battery connections for corrosion..make sure theyre tight

2000 buick lasabre kills while driving, it doesn't do it everytime, and when it does it i can pull over and it will start right back up and not do it again for a week. not really sure if it is the...

It doesn't sound like an ignition module or crankshaft sensor because normally problems with either would result in a no start condition. My first thought is a loose or dirty connection in the wiring that causes an intermittent lack of fuel or ignition.

Service enginge light on turns traction off

Most likely a bad wheel bearing, or wiring to the wheel bearing. I would start by having it scanned to point you in the right direction. (What bearing to look at). Could also be something in the ABS module.

95 buick lasabre horn problem

Ever find out what to do with this? I'm running into the same problem and see multiple refrences to it, but not much for follow up on what fixed it. I pulled the fuse for mine, but it kills the trunk release and automatic I'm not a big fan of that.
