Lighting behind fuel usage and clock is half burned out. Is this a fuse problem. Everthing else in the auto lights up as should, with the exception of 1/2 of this area.

I have the same issue on my '07. According to the dealer, the entire center panel needs to be replaced because they can't just change a bulb the way it's designed. Fortunately, my is still covered but after warranty it's about $1200!

Hello
When a fuse blows up , means you have an electrical problem in that circuit, you need to check the wires that are connected to that fuse for short circuit

Where is the fuel pump relay and fuse on a 89 jeep Cherokee? I had the pump replaced six months ago but now I don't hear it come on any more and it wont crank. I just did a tuneup on it and it ran fine for...

the relay is in the small fuse box in the engine bay. relays can burn out and lock up in power flow. if this has happened it can also burn out the pump as there is no fuel being moved as the fuel line is cut of by the valve when engine is not running.

Possibly your lights are on timer, or an auto dim, or auto lamp function.

Half of electrics stopped working but yet the fuses are okay

Time to do a wiggle test of the fuse box wiring. The circuits mentioned are not directly connected , but may travel through common wiring plugs. Try the fuse box fuses again (there may be more than 1 fusebox) Interior light / Radio / Antenna / Clock may be on a battery circuit but not connected to the Fog light not the turn signals other than a connecctor plug or simular.

How do I replace a cigrate light fuse?

Yes, you can buy a fuse an auto parts store, gas stations, etc. Here are where the fuseboxes are-- The main one is in under the hood behind the battery. There is another, smaller fuse box under the dash, near the emergency brake. Locate which one is the cig lighter fuse by using the legend. There should be a fuse puller tool in the fusebox. Remove, take with you and purchase the matching one and replace.
