The brake fluid reservoir is back under the fire wall. If you look under the hood directly in front of the drivers seat you will see a fill point, It should say Brake or Brake Fluid on it. Be careful with brake fluid it is the perfect paint remover, wear gloves be careful not to splash.

I hope this may have assited you,
Tom

On a 1996, you will have to take it to a dealership. They will have to plug it into their DRB (handheld computer thingy) to turn it off.

SOURCE: brakes how do i add brake fluid to a 2005 dodge caravan?

Take the van to an autoparts store and let them know that you need brake fluid added and are not familiar with the master cylinder location and they will probably check the fluid level for you and add some if needed. You will have to purchase the brake fluid. Most parts stores will do this as a free courtesy service. Hope this helped and best wishes.

chances are it's the gasket around the tranny pan. you'll have to remove the pan, gently scrape off the old gasket (without scratching the metal surface), replace with new gasket, replace the pan. put all the screws half-way in, then tighten screws across from each other.

How do i replace brake fluid in my van?

Is this to top up or to replace. if you do not have a leak then a top up is all waht is required which you can do into the fluid fill up inlet near the master servo. but if you are doing a full brake check up then the wheel cylinder buckets , the calipers, pads and the master cylinder is serviced then the whole fluid canbe drained out and replaced.

Where does the brake fluid go?

If you're losing break fluid you have a leak, the fluid is ending up on the ground. The real problem here is you could easily lose your brakes without further warning you need to have your brakes serviced.
