Question about Chevrolet 1500
This sounds like fuel contamination. Has anyone taken a fuel sample? The only other things that will cause these issues are; bad fuel lines(old and seperating), lift pump(test, should be around 4-6 psi), bad fuel tank switch over valve(internal issue), or an internal tank issue dealing with the lines and return hoses. Let me know what you find with the sample and the fuel pressure and then we can procede forward.
