Hi,

It's located behind your dash on the driver's side where the dash meets the side of the car. You'll have to lock up under the dash in order to get to it.

Let me know,if needed further assistance.

Hope i helped you.

Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!

1999 Honda Accord won't start. No fuel pressure, so replaced the fuel pump. Still no fuel pressure, tested old fuel pump it seemed to work fine. Can not locate the main relay?

The relay may be located in the under hood fuse/relay box.
Check your manual for the location of the relay, if listed.
Check for a sticker on the inside of the under hood fuse/relay box for a possible guide.
