2003 F150 Super Crew PU - 'jumping' when accelerating

We have a 2003 F150 Super Crew truck with almost 140,000 miles. Lately, it seems to be 'jumping' when accelerating between 40-50 mph. This morning I noticed it was happening even when I am around 60-70. There is no noises, the gauges don't change at all. It feels like I'm going over little bumps and then recovers. Any suggestions on what it might be?

Poor mpg on 2003 f150 ford5.4 4x4 super crew

if you are getting about 14 on average no matter what you do it will not improve, Don't fall for any misleading claims because nothing you add will work. It takes fuel to make power the only improvement i have seen is by reprograming the computer but you must loose power in order to save fuel.

I Have a 2003 F-250 Super Duty with a Gas 5.4 engine. The engine will buck and seem like it is not running on all cylinders when I am driving 20 - 40 miles per hour, usally uphill. This does not happen all...

dirty fuel injectors and weak fuel pump or clogged fuel filter.a faulty tps sensor and air leak at the intake duct.all these problems will cause stumbling on acceleration.

Windows will work only from driver side controls

I solved the issue by taking the switch apart and soldering a jumper across the contacts for the window lock. Even though the window lock is no longer functional....my wife is happy she can roll down here window.
