Question about 1994 Toyota Pickup
When using outside air flow it barely heats up at all, especially when its real cold outside. I also hear water circulating under the dash.
Apparently you have a coolant leak. Hopefully it's external and not something like a blown head gasket or timing cover that has been eaten by the timing chain. There are dyes to help find external leaks, even a bad radiator cap can cause a problem.
