Rear seal is going, oil intake a week to keep it up is about 2 quarts a week. what kind of job is it to replace it? time, money, labor. can get the van for $100.00. and its in pretty darn good shape for being a 94.
Well to change out a rear main seal on any engine isn't an easy task on that one through a shop probabley 6 hours of labor or so,shop rates vary but I would say labor alone to be at least $250.00-$350.00 and for the seals and gaskets probabley $50.00-$75.00 so if a shop does it your bill should be about $300.00 min.and $425.00 max.
