Check your battery (you need at least 12 volts there).
Remove and clean the terminal ends and try to start it.
Make sure both battery cables are properly attached, clean and secure not only at the battery but at the other ends as well. Don't forget the small battery lead that goes to the power distribution center where the main fuses and relays are.
There are numerous items besides those I mentioned but at least 80% of the time just doing what I said should either correct the problem or give you an idea what else needs to be done.
Any problems, just ask and I'll guide you through it!
good luck!

This is Jeep/chrysler's gift to the dealers, it is supposed to remind you to get scheduled service performed...check the manual to disable.

Vacuum leak, inspect all vacuum hoses behind your dash, this will require some partial removal of your dashboad.

When I give my car the gas or stop I hear a swooshing of water coming from under the dashboard

Uh oh, sounds to me like your heater core is leaking, and I also am willing to bet that if you feel your floor boards, they will be soaked with water. Most are difficult to change, but you need a new heater core installed. Keep an eye on your coolent lvl, you car might start overheating. heare is what one looks like:8007f164-d248-480b-9fe7-6465ba789138.gifand it is located under, behind your dash on passenger side. You may have to revove most of the dash to get to it. If you want to try this job yourself, google : 2001 jeep grand cherokee heater core replacement.

I have a 95 jeep grand 4.0 i dont get any spark yo the coil when i click the key 3 times i get a code 11 and 55 wich is ok if a wait a sec moor my fuel pump relay clicks for 1 min stright then i can...

That clicking sound is caused by the ecu initially not being able to supply enough current to the relays. After a few minutes, the ecu builds up enough of a charge to power all the relays, including the fuel pump relay. If you haven't noticed, the check engine light probably does not light up on your dashboard, until the relay clicking stops. Your Jeep's condition is referred to as the "No Check Engine Light" problem. Your ecu needs to be repaired.
