Question about 1999 Jeep Cherokee
This may be to engining running rich , the first thing is to have the computer scanned for codes,you may have a bad o2 sensor or a cylinder misfiring due to a bad sparkplug or wire or if it has coil overplug design it may have a bad coil boot,the diffrence is one has plug wire and the other desige has a coil going right over the plugs,so start with the scan, autozone scans for free, hope this helps.
