Trying to put belt on but motor mount is in the why are threre away round it.

you have got a fun one, if you look at the bottom right corner of the motor mount you will see a long spacer were the motor mount bolt attaches the mount to the engine, you will need to remove the nut and stud and then the spacer will come out then you can replace the belt......good luck

2003 Alero, heater blower only works on the two highest position?

The blower motor is located on the passenger side of the vehicle next to the blower motor. Run the fan on high and listen for the blower motor location if in question. The resistor will be mounted into the heater case and held in by two screws.
Good Luck

My engine is jumping when i put my car in drive?

if you mean that it feels like the engine lifts up and slams down again, check the motor mounts for at least 1 to be broken.

Plastic clips for 2003 olds alero passenger side broke. nothing wrong with motor. i need the clips not the whole regulator assembly.

I do not expect you can get it from your dealer. They will probably seel it included with a complete assembly.
So should do scrap yard unless they have a bad assembly mounted on an accidented car and allow you to get the needed piece/part removed by yourself (if they are open to)
Good luck

2003 Alero passenger window

I would be very suspicious of the drivers master swich. If the window works fine on the other side it's an easy assumption that the window motor and regulator are operative. The switches are usually fairly inexpensive (less then 100.00 ) and easy to install
