What's probably happening is the weep hole on the water pump is leaking water. The weep hole is a warning sign that the water pump needs replaced. You don't have any heat because the impeller in the water pump is no longer circulating water.

This sounds like it could be your water pump. They have a seal in them and if it fails it will leak water, have your technician check it and if it's leaking you need to change it, hope this helps

How do I repair a leak coming from water pump gasket?

If it's leaking from the gasket you'll have to replace the gasket. If coolant is leaking from the hole in the water pump body the water pump seal is leaking. The pump will have to be replaced if the seal is leaking.

94 plymouth vouyager is starting to over heat when driving for more then 10 mins

This leaking on the passenger side sounds like possibly the water pump. I THINK that this is a cross-mounted engine, with the drive belt on the passenger side. If so, it is almost certainly the water pump leaking. Get a flashlight and a small inspection mirror and search around under the water pump drive pulley for signs of water dripping. If no water is found there, it probably is not the pump. Have you checked the cooling fans for proper operation? Tested the temperature sender that controls the cooling fan?

Why does it take a vehicle 3 times to start and then starts normally

you could have a slow leak in your fuel pump to where it leaks back into the tank at night......so there is no fuel present in the morning and has to wait for the fuel pump to bring it from the tank, while you are cranking the engine because it slowly leaked out/back during the night.and since it is 13yrs old...that does not seem unlikely at that age.

My grand voyer 3.3 .engine codeyu5 is leaking water between front engine cover and block just behint water pump

Fault in the water pump section, failure of the WATER SEAL or the BEARINGS of the water pump. It is also possible that the gasket is fault in the water pump assembly.
You need to clean wipe the area of leak and check with a good light on the area for the confirmed fault.

I have a 1989 plymouth voyager mini van, It got hot and we put complete new head gaskets on it and another water pump , and a new thermostate. But it still blows water out of radiator and shows hot on heat...

If the thermostat was installed backwards, it won't open when the engine heats up. The spring/sensor should go toward the engine and the valve plate goes toward the radiator. If the hoses stay cold, it points to no water flow as above. Hope this helps!
