Question about 2000 Honda Accord
I have a 2000 honda accord with 170000 miles on it. Recently I noticed that when I put it into reverse it starts to back up then acts like the e-brake is on and will not move. So I put it back into park and then shift it to reverse and works. When the issue accures the engine will rev up but the car will not move. Do I need a new trans or is there another way to fix the problem
The transmission filter should be changed at least every 30,000 miles if that hasn't been the case. Replacing the filter may fix the problem, otherwise it will need to be repaired.
