SOURCE: Airbag reset code combination?
first re check the connection then to reset the computer take the positive cable from the car off the battery and give it 3-5min
to discharge then touch the positive cable from the car to the negative
cable (still attached to the battery) for about 5 seconds and then hook
back up the positive post and that will reset the computer.
if that doesnt take the code off (turn the light off) then the connection is bad that you unhooked or there is a cut in one of the wires you unhooked or you shorted it out when you put it back together and you my need a new one.

Most definitely electrical problem. Though GM connectors are quite reliable - they sometimes get misconnected or you have a poor connection. get it cehcked.

Some cars are designed to illuminate the warning light after the battery is disconnected. Playing around with the airbags and trying to turn this light off can be dangerous. That is why most people recommend taking it to the dealership to have it turned off. It might cost a few bucks but would be cheaper than having to replace the air bag if you accidentaly set it off while trying to turn the light off. I know that most people would like to try and fix it themselves, but just consider what might happen if you accidental perform a wrong step. Hope this helps

SOURCE: Check engine Trouble code PO441
THE CODE PO441 is your purge control solenoid stuck open. this is for your evap system. you need to replace the purge solenoid. it is located on the engine bolted to intake close to throttle plate. as far as airbag there is a code stored if the light is on whoever is trying to read code just does not have proper equipment to pull code.
