1997 Lincoln blowing heat but no ac at all

The most likely problem will be the AC system is out of "freon", nowadays called refrigerant.
Depending on where you take it for service, recharging the system can cost you between 100 and 2,500 dollars.
The price variation is due to the inclination of the garage to "charge the system", or to replace every part that could possibly ever fail at some point in the future.
I have worked at both kinds of garages.
God bless your efforts.

You can't. You can't . you can't ... Have the codes read and find the problem. Fix it. Could be just a bad key.

I just replaced a new rear ac evaporator in my 2006 town and country mini van and i need to know how to charge the ac

you are best to take it to a shop that does a/c work to have them evacuate and vacume the system to remove all the air out of the system then recharge it.as moisture will cause problems in the system.also the R134 freon that the system uses is far more dangerous to humans than R12 and can cause serious health problems with little inhalation of the gas.

I have a 97 town and country with a 3.8 i have charged the ac and the coressor kicks on but the fans on the radiator dont and it dosnt blow out any cold air the ac lines dont even get cold can it be that...

If it doesn't cool at all there is a fault in the system preventing it from cooling down properly and building pressure like it should. You will need to have this checked by a service tech.

New battery & new alternator, still not charging...

Take it to another auto parts store to test to verify.
If you put a voltmeter on the battery when the T+C was running, it should read 14-15V.
It could have a bad diode. If this is the case the alt. will be pumping out AC instead of DC. This is BAD. Batteries do not like this and the battery will fail because of it.
Be careful in those 'auto parts stores'. I have found that they employ alot of 'kids' who know little about how a car works. Try NAPA. They are much more knowledgeable and professional. But they cost alittle more.

Town & Country 2007 LX model aircondition not working

It does have air conditioning installed. It may also have rear a/c. The rear a/c evaporator is probably leaking freon. I have replaced many rear evaporators on 2006 and 2007 Chrysler minivans as a result of a design change in 2006. Recharge the a/c and add dye to the system. If it has rear air, look behind the right rear wheel in the fender area under the car where the a/c lines go into the body.
