Question about 2007 Honda CR-V
U will need to pull the door panel and test the power door lock actuator motor, I suspect that it is malfunctioning, the door lock actuator is around $100 and the door panel can be removed in about 30 minutes, see the diagram of the door panel and its retainers at link below, as far as the locking and unlocking u have a defective door courtesy light switch in one of the doors or the rear hatch, the dealer can scan the system to determine which one is causing the problem, with the dealer scanner to read the door switch inputs u must tear all the doors apart and the rear hatch and replace all the switches.
I added the handle also, hope this helps. Attached images door liner.pdf (39.5 KB, 650 views) handle.pdf (45.8 KB, 460 views)
