There can be many things causing this. In my experience a bad battery can short while the vehicle is parked. Its easy to have tested and Autozone or Oreillys will test your whole vehicle free.

Next possibility would be dirty Battery cables or loose battery connections to the Ground wire. Of course, some vehicles have additional triggers for Glass breakage and motion. Sometimes on cars with Autoload leveling, the Air pump will work to level the car and the Alarm will sense the current draw and vibration and go off.

These Alarms are not foolproof. You have a "Panic" button on your remote. If another person has a device casting this signal your Alarm will pick it up and activate. Your Dealer may have testing equipment for your system to correct the sensitivity of the unit. I hope it is simply a bad battery and your problem will go away with a new one.

How can I eliminate factory alarm system on 2007 ford explorer

I don't think you can fully eliminate the alarm system on the 2007 ford explorer, to my knowledge.
That would contradict security system mantras because if it was common knowledge to do so, then any thief could disable it and take the car undetected.

My alarm on 2002 ford explorer goes on at random at night. Door ajar light comes on internittently. Any ideas on how to fix or disarm the Alarm?

most likely you have a door switch problem, you must take to shop to have it scanned, and they can tell you what door it is. most times it is drivers door, because that is the door that gets the most use.

The alarm on my explorer keeps going off for no reason also it keeps beeping and saying door ajar....help

Mine started doing this about a year ago. My mechanic could not find the cause. I located the horn fuses under the dash and the emergency module under the hood and yanked them. Now the alarm still goes off at random, but it doesn't make any noise. That was the best I could do for the poor thing. Also I now have no horn, which has helped to teach my wife to be a more patient driver. She loved that horn.
