Chevrolet blazer 2001 programming transmitter FOB

Please tell me what else can I do with this issue, I followed the procedure (best solution and solution 2) but the doors did not lock and unlock after pressing and hold the lock and unlock buttons on transmitter or fob. Before that, the doors lock and unlock to confirm program mode. I mean, program mode is confirmed, but FOB does not do anything, I changed the FOB battery just in case, but nothing further happens. My car is Chevrolet Blazer 2001 LS, Venezuela version (assembly in Venezuela). Maybe the FOB or transmitter is in bad condition I bought a new one on EBAY, how to test it, since it does not have any light when pressing any button. I appreciate your time. How do I find out if my 2008 base chevy uplander has keyless entry

Looking at the service info for your Uplander, it has Remote Control Door Lock Receiver technology, so keyless entry should work if you have a capable key fob.

Your Uplander will need the key fob programmed by a service center or dealer with the technology to program those GM vehicles that can't be done manually (i.e. Tech 2 scan tool).

Important: Up to 4 transmitters can be programmed. Do not operate or program the transmitters in the vicinity of other vehicles that are in the keyless entry program mode. This prevents the programming of the transmitters to the incorrect vehicle. The order in which the transmitters are programmed is important. The first transmitter programmed will be transmitter #1, and the second transmitter programmed will be transmitter #2. Use care to program the transmitters correctly.
Important: All key fobs must be programmed each time any one fob is programmed. The scan tool must stay connected until all of the transmitters are programmed.
Install a scan tool and navigate to the BCM Module Setup menu.
Select Program Key Fobs.
Follow the scan tool on-screen directions.
When the programming operations have completed, operate the transmitter functions to verify correct system operation

I have a 96 chevy blazer 4.3 l 2wd 4 d how do i program key fob

1. Locate the Data Link Port. It is located under dash drivers side. Be sure you know which pins are 8 and 4.

(Notice port is wider on top row)

2. Make sure there are metal contact pins in terminals 8 and 4. Connect 8 to 4 with a suitable
jumper wire (leave the jumper wire connected throughout the programming procedure). Make
sure you know which terminals are 8 and 4. The vehicle will respond by locking and unlocking the
doors to signify entering of programming mode.
3. Press and hold both the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons together on the first transmitter to be
programmed. After about 15 seconds, the vehicle will respond by locking and unlocking the doors.
Release the buttons on the transmitter.

4. Within one minute, repeat the previous step on the remaining transmitters to be programmed.
5. Remove jumper wire applied to the OBDII Port.

Good luck and this should work.
