Brake fluid is not reaching the rear wheel cylinders
Why are you saying that? What was the test that you ran to confirm that the fluid isn't making it to the rear wheel cyl.? A common problem with that car is the bracket that wraps around the high pressure brake line, swells with rust and pinches the line. let me know.
Testimonial: "The high pressure brake lines were blocked. Replaced the brake lines and also replaced the wheel cylinders since it was easy with everything removed."
And you know this because???
If this is true, you need to have the rear slave to be bled.
Check the line all the way back to the brake master cylinder, if all is good then you may have air lock. just have to bleed it until it come out. also make sure the brake master cylinder is good.
