Replace spark plugs first then look for white arcing marks around coils and ignition leads, replace if any arcing marks are showing.Could run car at night and look for any electrcal tracking around coils and leads much more visible in dark condition.

Large evap leak for 2001 ford focus

Probably nothing.
The code means the gas tank can not be sealed to prevent vapors from escaping.
Common causes are a missing gas cap when the engine is running, or a faulty hose from the tank to the vapor canister.

I changed the plugs,o2 sensors, but it's still vibrating, hard I think it has an vacuum leak some where but don't know where,2001 ford focus

good chance you have a bad coil causing the miss fire. mist some water over your coils see if that makes a change in how the car idles if it gets worse or if you have single coils over your plugs look to see if they are broken. or if you have wires you might see some sparks from the current. that is a good way to go.

Slight miss

your fuel delivery module is under recall. 10 years from the date of original purchase (by anyone) from Ford. Recall campaign 03N01. Ford will play dumb at first, it's a "silent" recall. there are more here: http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/problems/recalls

2001 Focus Vibrates Inexplicably!

Vibrations while driving are usually caused by missing/broken motor mounts, wheel bearings, unbalanced tires, or worn/bent 1/2 axles.
Improper tires (or winter tires) may also contribute.
Get a second opinion!
There are too many things on a 2001 that could be wrong.
