There is a fuse panel under the dash on driverside unlatch and pull down. test the fuses with a test light to find the blown fuse there. then look under the hood in power control box. lift the lid and look inside lid for the relay. there again u need a light tester to check all fuses that are blown. if none are found then the relay is bad. also u may have windows that are binding if so it will put strain on window motors and cause this problem again.

1999 Toyota Camry intermittent window will not go up and down

On the actuating motor their is a small solenoid switch that needs to be sprayed with an electrical contact cleaner. It is also a thermal switch that will shut off power if something is binding the closing or opening of the window, and will come back on after about three minutes after it cools down. The best check is to slam the door pretty hard and see if that makes it work. That will pinpoint the problem as being in the door.

My electric windows and automatic seat belt do not work

Its time to stop being afraid of the unknown. there is no doubt that you will need to remove the inner door panel to access the electrical modules behind the buttons. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p2_f7NkjH8E hope this helps.

Electric window has stopped rolling up

to get up pull on window with your hand while using switch in up position. if window is cocking to the side it is a bad window regulator. if it is just slow and then stopping probably a bad motor. it is harder to go up than down and this causes more pull on motor as it goes bad it will cause the breaker to heat up and trip so if you wait a few minutes you will see it tries to go up again.one quick way to check if motor is trying to work is to cut key on and watch your dome light when you work switch if it dims a little when you hit up button you know power is going to it. if not then possible switch problem.work you passenger window and look at light so you will see what i mean.
