Yup;
Go in the engine compartment where the wiper parks on the passenger side, right ahead of the glove box. Pull back the rubber strip that is at the top edge. There is a plastic shield under the wiper and it comes off. Inside you will find the cabin filter. Remove the cabin filter (could use a change) and you will probably find the bottom plugged with leaves and debris. The drain hole is plugged allowing water to accumulate and pour into the passenger side foot well. Clean this out really good and run a snake wire down the drain hole to clear it. Then hose it down to wash the debris out.
Make sure you dry your carpets out really good by raising them off the floor board. The under pad once soaked, will stink the car up and rot your floors.

    Sorry, I now read back carpets. Its the drain on your sunroof drain tubes one each side of the sunroof; check and clear them with roof opened all the way. The well in the sunroof is filling because of blocked drain tubes and then draining into the car.

Can anyone pass on some advice concerning my 2001 Highlander leaks when it rains. I recently noticed that whenever it rains the carpet on the driver side gets soaked. I took it to the dealer and they...

I had similar on 02 Highlander. Source was leak from around window trim (rust) and roof racks connector entering and going down the windshield post behind the trim. Gently remove interior plastic trim piece to the left of the windshield to investigate any water coming down behind there. Find source, disassemble whatever is required and use something like Supra Expert to seal (not just cheap silicone).

I have had a similar problem from time to time. What I saw was that water was collecting along the bottom of the door seal and then being wicked into the carpet from there. Creating a path for the water to flow out of the seal and out the door should help.

2001 Accord EX - Front passenger side carpet is soaking wet

The drain on the a/c evaporator gets clogged, you have to raise the car on a lift, or get under the car, on the right side of the car under the fire wall you will see a black rubber hose ( about a 1/2 inch in size) pointing down, you will need to blow compressed air in the hose to clear the blockage.

Water is getting in to passenger footwell and soaking acrpet

You may have a bad door seal, check the rubber gaskit strip around your door frame and make sure it's not ripped or simply out of place. Also make sure the door is closing tightly as well. Also check your hinges by lifting up on the end of the door while it's open. if it moves up and down, the hinges are worn, causing the door to sag on the other end.
good luck
