The fuse diagrams for your Winstar can be found by going to... www.flmowner.com , select the year, make and model. Choose find my vehicle and then click on owner guide 3rd printing. Your fuse diagrams start on page 190. Hope this helps.

On the diagram, you will see that the arrow is pointing on the relay or fuse for a specific car part.

the correct diagram should be located under your hood, but map the old one EXACTLY, before removal, and compare to the sticker under your hood.

There should Be a Factory Sticker under the Hood that gives you the Exact Routing. Check in the Back of the Owners Manual. If not let me Know!
