There is a little metal tab in at the top inside of the ash tray. Push that down and pull the ash tray out. Once those 2 screws are out, the rest should just pull out and you should be staring at the radio. Let me know if you need anything else.
The sides may have metal clips and snap into place. I would gently pry the sides and see if it come loose.
Once the ash tray is pulled forward, the 2 screws that go up can be unscrewed. There are 2 (you probably already saw them) just under the 4 buttons(or space covers, depending on your options). Once you have 4 screws out, the rest popsor snaps out of place.
If you wish, email me at [email protected] and I will send you a pick of the bexel and ash tray assemblies out of the car so you can see where the screw holes are.
Were you able to get the bezel off yet. If you would like email me and I can find pics of the ash tray and bezel so you know exactly where the screws are located. Just to reitterate, the 2 screws for the bottom are located just behind the ash tray when fully extended and will probably require a "stubby" phillips screw driver.

Wrong make of trunk. Need 1996 Nissan
The actual tray that holds the ashes I have no problem getting out. The problem is that there are two slots in the front of the assembly preventing the ashtray assembly from coming out. You would think you could simply push this backwards until they clear and then point the assembly down and slid it out but there isn't enough room to push it back far enough. It seems like the black metal beveled bar across the front of the dash board needs to come off but I don't want to bend nor is it obvious how it would come off.
No clips that I can see. The whole thing might be a 4" by 1" clip but I'm unable to pry it loose nor do I see any marks that indicate it was previously pried off. I have paid to have multiple stereos installed but was trying to add a bluetooth unit to the one installed about 6 weeks ago.
