You can use a product called goof off or a bug abd tar remover to get the area clean. To change your light bulb you can open your hood and between the radiator and the front end assembly see the back of the light socket. Turn it to the right and it should release. Make sure when you replace the new bulb not to touch the bulb in anyway with grease from your hand or dirt this will case the halogen bulb to burn out. So once you have replaced this just repeat the steps to reinstall.
