There are a few possible reasons why the front and back passenger side windows on your 99 Durango aren't rolling down:
Faulty window regulator: The window regulator is the mechanism that moves the window up and down. Over time, the regulator can become worn or damaged, making it difficult or impossible to operate the window.
Electrical issue: It's possible that there's an issue with the electrical system that powers the passenger side windows. This could be caused by a blown fuse, a faulty switch, or a problem with the wiring.
Window motor failure: The window motor is responsible for moving the window up and down. If the motor is faulty, the window won't move.
Window switch problem: The window switch could also be the culprit. If the switch is damaged or not functioning properly, the window won't roll down.
To diagnose the issue, you can start by checking the fuses related to the power windows. If the fuses are intact, you can use a voltmeter to check if the switch is receiving power when it's pressed. If the switch is getting power, the problem could be with the window motor or regulator.
If you're not comfortable performing these diagnostic steps, it's best to take your Durango to a qualified mechanic or automotive electrician for further inspection and repair.
Each system is bad. The windows need regulators(they come with motors) the radio probably died(check fuse). And the mirror switch is bad(Since you still have power to the drivers window).
The master switch is the one located on the drivers side. If this switch has a malfunction it can rob power from the passenger side causing the problem you have. If the regulator/motor are in working order and you know the passenger switch is ok then that could be the problem. Another couple of possible problems could be a broken wire in the harness traveling from the car to the door (inside the rubber protective boot or a weak window motor (1990 is pretty old for a motor of that type.
i bet your in luck...is the vehicle still under warranty? if so this will be easy: take it to the dealer and say you need a new window motor. they are a small electric motor that rolls up or down your windows :)
Assuming it's electric, it could be the switch or the window motor/regulator. If possible try swapping the driver's side switch to the passenger's. If it works - switch, if it doesn't, most likely the window motor, located behind the door panel.
if the fuse was an issue then all the windows would be inop, not just one, the most common fault is the electric motor that runs the window up and down.
It should roll up with assistance. Try helping it by GENTLY pulling up while holding the window switch. You may have to do this a couple times to get it all the way up. The problem is the window motor has gotten weak or lost power completely. The motor is a relatively easy part to get, but replacing it is very tough and unless you have done it before, or know what your doing I wouldn't suggest it ( it is possible though ). Hope it helps!
