have you changed the fuel filter and emptied the gas tank and put fresh gas in? Stale gas will not start as well as fresh gas and there could be water from condensation in the tank.
Test the fuel pressure at the test port when the engine is not running. The pressure regulator has a check valve in it to maintain pressure when the engine is off .
ever change the fuel filter???? a weak fuel pump can also give this effect. they can give enuff fuel to run injectors but lack volume for sustained running at speed . try fuel filter first
I have the same problem and have trouble codes 35 and 36. I found out that there is a computer module that needs replaced as it sits low in a valley and gets hot and seperates. I am reseaching about the a/m fix that installs the new module away from heat.
