Most times the horn has water in it. You can remove the horn and try to get any water or dirt out. Also some have an adjustment knob / screw on the side, which can be turned to increase the loudness. In some cases it just goes flat and needs to be replaced.

Fix the horn on my 2005 dodge stratus

there is a horn relay and fuse, if these check out see if there is voltage to the horn when you push the horn button. if there is the horn itself is bad. if there is no voltage then then its in the wiring circuit

Horn on 2006 Dodge Stratus does not work. What do I do to fix it?

I would say a new horn

Put battery voltage directly to it
& see if it works

If it made any sound-- how could it be a fuse ?

If it was a fuse, nothing would happen & a new
fuse wouldn't do anything, until you found & fixed
the reason a fuse failed

I have a 2001 stratus and the horn doesn't work. When I press the horn I hear a clicking sound. The fuse is OK, what's the problem

The clicking sound you are hearing is the horn relay engaging trying to supply power to your horn. Most likely horn itself needs to be replaced. Locate horn underneath in front near grill. With test light check for ground & with someone pushing on horn switch, check for positive. If you have good ground & power when pushing on horn switch need to replace horn.

My horn just quit working today. Been working

If the relay is clicking, then the horn is the problem, make sure it has a good connection,if so,replace the horn.
