At what pressure normally the fan is running. Currently the high side pressure is 300 psi? it is normal or the fan running at pressure more than 350psi?

There is a high pressure switch on the high side of the ac system,it most likely is bad.

Testimonial: "I had change the pressure switch but the problem still same"

There will be a relay for that circuit,it will be cooling fan relays,it will be separate from the cooling fan relay for the engine, condenser fan relay I believe is the label, check it.

Both are pressure switches, one is for ac cut out,and the other is for the fans,is the dryer on the high side?It most likely is,one is to cut the compressor off,the other is for the fan,or fans3 wire is for the fan,or fans.

If the high side pressure switch is not the problem, the cooling fan module may be the problem, but it most likely is the high side pressure switch.

Condenser fan not engaging

Possibly low on refrigerant. When system is low on freon, it does not build up enough high side pressure to engage the condenser fan . When pressure is high enough. a high side pressure switch kicks on the cond. fan to maintain high side pressure. Have the system evacuated and recharged to proper level.

I have 1997 mercedes-benz E320, the ac blows cold at 35 mph and over but warms up under that speed, i tried charging system last year but it acted the same

Check if condenser fan is working.
When a/c is on , electric fan on the radiator should come on.
If it's not , system may overheat and shut down , when you move there is natural air flow through condenser , when you stop , if fan is not on no air flow (cooling) through condenser , system pressure rising and safety switch shuts off the compressor.

How to add freon on a 1996 mercedes c220

The high side is on the driver's side of the condenser. the low side is usuall in line with the fuel cooler hose in the left side of the engine compartment. They are somtimes placed near the a/c compressor on the low side (suction) hose.

Air cond dash light works, compressor doesn't go on.

AC's have a low freon switch that shuts off the system to protect the compressor in the advent that you have a freon leak have the system checked for a leak
