No, disconnect your fuel filter from the input end. Get a bucket and put the pipping into the bucket. turn on you switch and drain the gas out the tank this way, Then you need to go to the engine and remove the inlet tube for the injector rails to be clear of old gas. Put it all back together and install new gas. EASY WORK, no major work involved.

You will have to try and drain it out, if there is no drain plug, remove fuel tank, water evaporator will only deal with small amounts of moisture, you will also need a new fuel filter and drain the carb(unless it is injected) and the water can corrode the injectors after time

Can I use iso heet

no reason stated? why not just run fuel, its already ready to run
and in USA< (not stated either) has 10 % ethanol already
iso heet comes in 2 types, ethanol and methanol.
if you buy the ethanol its useless here, like adding 1 drop of peee in the ocean of ethonal
but the methanol , is good for known fuel line icing.
id not mess with it. at all. leave the chemistry to your fuel co.

send 5min and read the MSDS sheets on both and see,
one bottle is blue other red.

i believe (too lazy to look it up for you) ISo means its ethanol.
ISOPROPANOL
99% in your bottle is it is
Isopropanol is the simplest secondary alcohol, also known as isopropyl alcohol or more commonly as rubbing alcohol.
minus the rubbing oil, sure.

your 20 gallon tank (guess) is 2 gallons of ethonal, inside.
so how much water can it suck up,
50 times more that pure gas.

fresh fuel is less than 1% water (in the ethanol part)
and can rise to 4% stored. in 60 days.
longer invites phase change, and the water releases. bad idea.
but you empty one tank per weak so it is a water eating system already, big TIME.

94 ford ranger will not start in cold weather, already changed coolant temp sensor

Failure to start like that could be many things, including the fuel pump. Do you hear a whirring from your tank when the key is in the "ON" position prior to starting?

Also, there might have been a little water in the tank that froze overnight and has reached the intake, blocking it, if you were low on gas.

You can try jumping up and down on the back bumper and if that's it and you are lucky, can dislodge the ice, and then putting a bottle of HEAT in the gas tank, you can pick that up at any parts store or Walmart. which will remove water from your gas.

I have a 1989 dodge ramcharger 5.2 318 TBI it was starting up and then it would stall as we were driving then sometimes it will start and sometimes it wont i replaced ignition switch, starter relay,...

It sounds like you have an enemy that sabotaged your vehicle. The sand in the oil pan concerns me the most as major damage can be done in a short time with the engine running. The water in the gas tank is less of a worry because you can drain the tank and then add a couple bottles of Heet fuel conditioner which will cause any remaining water to mix with the fuel and burn away.

I would suspect water in the gas, as the injection treatment wouldn't affect it like this. Take a sample of the gas from the test port on the fuel rail that's on the intake manifold. You should be able to see if there's water in the gas.

I have a 2005 Ford Five Hundred and when the weather gets below freezing there seems to be water that condenses in the fuel tank and once it sits for a while it will not start, have to put a bottle of HEAT...

I doubt water is your problem. Gas with ethanol is at least 10% alcohol. So a half tank of ethanol gas has a zillion times more alcohol than a bottle of heat.

1998 c1500 , code p300 , bad misfiring shortly after refueling , replaced plugs with no change , could it be bad gas ?? , also put in 3 bottles of injector cleaner that did not help

Probably water in the gas..., although its not common.. ... this problem should cure itself with your next tank of gas.. its not likely to be anything else..is your check engine light on?? have you refilled the tank with gas yet?
Injector cleaner is ok, however they make a gasline product for up north to evaporate water out of the gas tank because the water will create ice or slush in the tank in cold weather..
Methyl Cloride is what I used to use in Canada, in the winter to evaporate water out of the tank.
And maybe you have a lot of water in the tank.... when you take off the fuel filter, you will be able to see water beading up (a clear gasline hose which does not come with your car) will tell you all sorts of stories about water and how clean your gas is (on the gas tank side of your filter)...

Help i think i put gas with water in tank

See if you can disconnect the fuel line on the fuel tank side of the fuel filter. Connect a rubber fuel hose to the line you just disconnected, and cycle the ignition switch (on and off) very quickly. Make sure the hose is not pointed at you or someone, because there will be fuel under pressure. Maybe have a clamp or vise grips on the endof the hose to control flow. Squirt some fuel into a glass jar, and look for water or sediment in the jar. If it's not clear gas, you'll need to pump out the tank until it is clear. You can try adding some gasline antifreeze, which will make water and gas mix, but it will take two or three bottles to take up two ounces of water. The fuel filter may be contaminated and will need to be replaced, too.
