For some reason in the newer dodge rams the module that controls the interior lights is built into the instrument panel. Sounds like you will need to replace the instrument panel. Its b.s I know, I have the same problem, but my radio still works. Call the dealer and try and get some input over the phone from them. Otherwise it's $120 for them to check it out. Almost $1000 to get them to fix it.

The service 4x4 light comes on when I engage 4x4 on a 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually 5.9 T D 4 DOOR

Put it in 4x4 mode and get someone to read your OBDii Codes to see what code is popping.. Sounds like a simple 4x4 switch BUT with the service engine light on an OBD reader would be a Great way to find the problem..

Need a fuse diagram for a 2005 Dodge Dakota SLT Quad Cab 4x4

Look underneath the cover for the main fuse box under the hood. It should have a diagram for all the main fuses along with the sizes and the relays.

2001 dodge ram 3500 no dashboard, running lights, backup or tail lights

Check the headlight switch. The power goes from the fuse to the headlight switch and then to the dash and running lights.

Headlights, interior lights are out and service 4x4 light is on

try disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes. Then if you have a remote lock, lock and unlock three times in a row as this will often reset the computer. Or, borrow a code reader from one of the parts stores and see what codes are stored. Once you have the code, go online and Google it.

Serious understeer with 96 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually

Are the tie rod ends tight? Is the trac bar (frame end) tight? The steering boxes on these trucks require more input that a 1/2 ton truck or a car. How is the alignment? The caster on these should be set to about 5 degrees, the original specs allow a lot of wandering.

2002 Dodge Van towing a Rock Climbing Wall. No

I would think that the wires from the RCW (rock climbing wall) that control the running lights are wired to the interior dash lights of the van, and a fuse blew, killing the above mentioned lights. Check the fuse block for a bad fuse, probably labeled inst lights or inst lgt. Did you make the trip there in daylight, and trip home at night? The fuse for the dash lights couldn't handle the extra drain of the RCW running lights.

Electrical problem

I just had the same issues. No headlights, interior lights, power door locks, radio controls on steering wheel, or dash lights. Pulled every fuse in cab and under hood, not a one was bad. I disconnected the battery terminals for a few minutes. When I reconnected them every thing was working.
