The fuse/relay is a blue 30amp, and may be marked
ADD. It should be beside the blk/red 30amp fuel inj
fuse/relay. In the junction block under the hood on the right side, near the battery. Hope this helps.

2000 kia sportage the meter fuse intermittingly breaks ,cant figure it out

My experience with a kia sportage is that the big fuses are simply inserted to the fuse box located in front of the battery at the engine bay. The plastic holders gets brittle over a span of time and due to the heat inside the engine bay. Most often the fuse loosens up and causes fuse blow out. I had 4 successive fuse blows in 2 months time that i decided to change the whole fuse holder with a new one. It Worked

Location of fuel pump relay on 2006 Kia Sportage

Lift the hood. Remove the cover on the fuse relay box located on the driver's side fender well. Remove the fuel pump relay from the box. A diagram on the box cover identifies the relays.

My 2000 kia sportage is having fuel pump problems sometimes the fuel pump doesnt pump at all. ive checked the ground on the fuel pump, the fuse is good, and i dont know if theres a fuel cut off switch....

it sounds like the problem is the pump itself.you will probably have to have the pump replaced to correct the problem.this is how a bad pump acts when its worn out and needs replacing.replace the fuel filter at the same time

Cant find fuse for radio on a 2005 kia sportage

There are two fuse boxes, one under the hood and one under the dash. The position and function of the fuses is normally marked on the inside of the fuse box cover and also in the owner's handbook. If you don't come right with these, work your way through the fuses looking for a blown one. Using a small pair of pliers will help in the removal and replacement of fuses.

Why are my winows not defogging on the inside of my 2000 kia sportage

The KIA Sportage needs the temp controller switch turned to the heat/defrost side AND you need to hit the Air Conditioner Condenser button on the dash that look similar to a recycle symbol. It is not the same as the switch next to it that is a recirculate cabin air symbol. The button you want, normally turn green when activated in combination with the fan being turned on.

Power window relay on 2001 kia sportage .where is it

i dont have the exact answer. but there should be 1 fuse box under the hood .on the inside of the cover theres a diagram showing witch fuse and relay go to what there is also another by the drivers left foot panel about a foot from the floor. it also has a diagram if you dont have the diagram there should be 1 in your owners manuel. and the location of any more fuse boxes and or relays . might also whant to look at power widow operation sometimes they will list some trouble shooting that might pertain to your situation

2000 kia sportage. no start no spark no injector pulse.

check both of your fuse panels for a blown fuse. there's 4-5 that control the fuel pump, engine sensors, fuel injectors and such. one of those may be blown and not letting the rest of the system function. one panel is located under hood, and one is under the dash on drivers side. when you take the covers off they have the fuses numbered and tell what they control.

Kia spotage immobilizer problem

Check all your fuses. We fixed our immobilizer problems by checking fuses and found we had a blown fuse in fuse box under dash.It was a number 15 fuse with stop on it.Someone told us it is a brake fuse and the immobilizer is connected somehow.Ours is a kia sportage 1977 so dont know if this will help at all.Worth looking at your fuses though. Good luck
