When i start my car '' its a 2000 dodge neon'' its blinks on my dashboard ''Door Fuse'' and makes a dinging sound. I think it might be something thats causing my dome light to not turn on. Idk if its a fuse or a burnt out bulb?

It sounds like it thinks the key is still in it all the time. Try turning the key forward to the on position, but not running, so the dinging stops. disconnect the battery. Remove the key completely and reconnect the battery.
No bus means the computer, transmission module, and body computer are not talking to each other. Sounds like something is not connected, or not compatible.
check the power distribution center under the hood for the IOD fuse.it will be 2 fuses in a yellow or white plastic housing and make sure its completely seated. mos tchryslers have a IOD fuse for shipping purposes. it is used to prevent battery drain. if its not in place correctly it will show fuse or no fuse in the drivers info center on the dash
you will have to remove the interior door trim to gain access to the inside of the door.
i am not sure of the setup in your door but if it is cable driven you may have to replace the whole winder mechanism as I think they come as a unit.
If it is pop riveted to the door panel you will have to drill the rivets out and replace with new ones
Have a good look or take a pic at how it is mounted b4 you start pulling it down
If you pull that fuse you may loose other features like your electric windows. But if you look under the dash on the driver side then you should see the fuse box. it may have a flap that pulls down and the box is under the flap. if not there then check the glove box. I know it sounds dumb but some models the fuse box is in there. If you were hoping to find a bad fuse for the door problem forget it. The thing is making noise so the power is getting to it. On the inside of the door jam you might look at where the door latches and along that side and the side of the door for a button that engauges when the door is shut and supposedly shuts off the noise. you can oil it and see if the button was stuck or find the wire to that button and disconnect that wire. Best I can do for you from here. If I were your nieghbor I would come right over and fix it for you no charge. Raz
mine was doing that for a while look under the hood in the fuse box and check thoes fuses there is probably one under there blown in my neon it was a 15. aand it controlled the inner dome light and radio...hope i helped you.
