On a 1999 Isuzu Rodeo 3.2 V6 DOHC If you put all timing marks together on engine and then put timing belt mark all together on the engine and rotate two rounds with crankshaft does all the marks come

Just the engine. The marks on the belt are to make sure the teeth are in the right place when replacing. It might come back in place on 4 turns of the crankshaft. I have never checked to see if the belt marks came back. But always check the timing marks themselves.

Hope this helps.

1995 S10 4,3l runs too rich. What can be faulty?

That truck was known for the spider injector under the intake. Not hard to replace. Upper Intake comes out as 1 assembly. You usually get a smell of rotten eggs when it fails. After replacement run SEAFOAM in gas ( and oil ) to clean out Carbon, fuel system and CAT

Timing belt broke...was told i need new engine..is this right?

The 2.4L four has a belt and is not an interference engine according to the Gates timing belt application chart for your vehicle (check it out on Gates.com.) The 2.7L V-6 doesn't show that it needs a belt--so it has either a timing chain and gears or just gears. If the belt broke on the 2.4L four, you should be able to put on a new belt and go. The engine should not be damaged.

If the timing chain on the V-6 broke then engine damage may have occurred. Chain engines are sometimes not listed as interference because breaking a chain is so rare. The damage would probably be bent valves and damaged piston tops. The labor involved in repairing all that might cost more than just getting a rebuilt engine and putting it in.

I have a 1999 chevy malibu and it jumps when i put it in gear but then some times it acts normal for a few days then starts jumping again when i put it in drive some times.

Check the engine mounts with the hood open. Have an assistant observe from the side if any of them are loose when putting the engine in R or D with the parking brake and hydraulic brakes on securely. If the engine mounts are good, they will not allow the motor to twist inside of the engine compartment very much, not more than an inch or two, and good engine mounts will not allow any clunking to occur when putting the car into 'gear.'

Engine rebuit. Idle has Heavy putt-putting,

You may have the mechanical timing (ie, timing belt) off by a tooth. The engine will run that way, but not all that efficiently. That'd be my first suspicion. To fix it, it'll have to be torn down to where the timing belt is visible, as are the cam and crank sprockets and oil pump housing. Then the timing marks can be aligned to see if they all line up as they should.

You can go to a shop that do this kind of work and find out.
Mine broke the timing belt and damage the head. I had a used head put on
It is not very hard to find a ford escort engine.Replacing the engine with a used one would be the cheapest thing to do but change the timing belt right away,
You can do some research on line to find out how much a engine cost.
You can call around where you live.
