the fuel filter is on the pasenger side of the car underneath on the body about 2 ft in front of the rear right tire youll see a clamp around it and two lines coming out.
had the same problem - the daytime running lights would not shut off. Since I could not find the relay (I later found several on the back side of the fuse box) I put a relay powered by the parking lights in line with the headlights.
