SOURCE: blower for ac/heat only work on lower 3 levels.

Check the blower motor resitor. Use a 12v test light at the switch and notice the bulb brightness change as you switch settings.. Probably have a bad blower resiter.

Blows number 17 fuse 10amp the heater, ac atc.

I think the 12V signal for the blower still passes through fuse#12 but the power for the blower is through fuse#34 like you said. The blower control could still be popping fuse#12. If you turn all controls off prior to starting the truck and replace the fuse, can you individually turn on components like the blower, heated seats, etc... one at a time? If so can the blower be run with the AC compressor on or off? You may be able to partition the problem a bit further. -Good Luck,

My heat doesnt blow hot air or no air at all and my left turn signal blins very slow and my wipers work but when turned off they keep going until car is off and door is opened please help i have kids and...

HAVE BATTERY VOLTAGE CHECKED.MAKE SURE BATTERY IS FULLY CHARGED IT SHOULD BE 12.5 VOLTS.IF YOU HAVE DIM TURN SIGNAL LIGHTS.EITHER YOU HAVE WRONG BULBS OR POOR GROUND ALSO THE WEAK BATTERY OR UNDERCHARGING PROBLEMS HAVE ALTERNATOR CHECK OUT. FOR THE BLOWER MOTOR.CHECK FUSE AND RELAY. IF BOTH GOOD YOU HAVE A FAULTY AC + HEATER CONTROL SWITCH.OR THE BLOWER MOTOR IS FAULTY.REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR HOT WIRE IT USING A JUMPER WIRE TO BATTERY.IF IT RUN YOU HAVE SWITCH OR WIRES TO SWITCH PROBLEMS. IF BLOWER MOTOR DONT RUN.REPLACE IT AND BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR.NOW IF WIPERS KEEP WORKING WHEN YOU TURN THEM OFF.YOU HAVE A FAULTY SWITCH OR DEFECTIVE LIMIT SWITCH IN THE MOTOR.

A/c blower; inop

Check for power at blower motor connector with a/c on and blower on low if you have power I would suspect blower motor.
