You need to fix the coolant leak, then refill and bleed cooling system, then you will get heat and cure overheating problem too

Sounds like either a plugged heater core or a baffle inside the heat box is stuck

Could be the thermostat is stuck open. If you have a gauge does it warm up to the normal range? If it does warm up to normal operating temperature check the heater hoses near the firewall to see if they are getting hot. If they are getting hot then most likely you have a baffle issue in the heater box.
