2003 Ford Focus ZTS. After running on the highway for a while the RPMs will stick between 3000 and 4000 rpm. The throttle can be used to make the rpms higher, but releasing the throttle will not let rpms return to idle. Depressing the clutch, turning the car off, and then back on will reset the rpm back to normal operation.
