My power locks wont work on my 04 mercury mountaineer

Obviusly, check fuses. Do they operate from the passenger door control? When ever you have a problem with a door switch on the driver's door, always check wire integrity in the driver's door jam harness.

Where is the fuel filter located on a 2004 mercury mountaineer

Hello, 2004 Mercury Mountaineer fuel filter is located in front and on top of fuel tank behind two shields. This is for 4.0L 2 wheel drive. When you look just behind the front passenger side tire you will see the first shield. Behind that is the second.

Thanks

I cannot open rear driver side door from inside or out. what is broken and how do I fix? 1998 Mercury Mountaineer

Well you could take the door panel off and fool around with the lock till you get it to work. If you want to get lazy take a crow bar and open the door with that, but it will more than likely break the door. Sounds the lock seized up and will take you working to get it loose,

How To ?

Get the VIN# from the vehicle, either on a plate under the hood or on the front of the windshield down low. Once you have the VIN# which is (VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER) contact mercury and they can give you all codes for the vehicle.
