Find the tensioner. Tensioner is a pully to adjust the tension of the belt. Mostly the Alternator is the tensioner pully. Check it. ok

it got 3 belts. its V belt right, you didnt say.
the fan and alt run off one belt.
and in that case only the alt can be moved

the photo shows where to press with thumb or tool.
most cars spec. this at 20-22lbs force.
but not this car its "medium thumb pressure)
Me , I imagine a 20lb HAM on back of my thumb
and press mid span.
the rule is 1/64" defection per inch of belt not touching pulley goove./
1/2" for long belt 13–16 in
and 1/4" for short belt. 7-12inche.
