No, airflow does not cause your car to 'SHIMMY', misaligned wheels, out of balance tires, or malfunctioning brakes will do that. Shimmering is an optical effect which can be caused by heat waves or dust particles, and is highly unlikely to occur during braking.

you have to remove the compressor, the pulley bracket will bolt to where the compressor was, it should line up with the threads from the original bolts.

first option is to have the fault codes read as they will determine the area of the fault
indicates a problem crank or cam shaft position sensor or wiring

the blower motor is under the passenger side of the dash. Once you locate it (you will need to remove the trim pannel under the dash) turn on the heater and turn the blower to high speed, then wack the bottom of the blower motor with a screwdriver handle or tap with a hammer. If it starts to work replace it.

You can also grab the connector and twist/pull. If the blower starts to work but you can hear is slow or stop by twisting/pulling the connector than replace the blower motor.

If the other one light up replace socket. Get a test light and check it.

did u check to see if the coil it is a little box underneath the hood beside the fender on top could be burnt!!!it a liitle box 2x1 inch not very big!!

Try to clean the fuel system and inspect the fuel senser and injectors, it sounds like there is fuel stavation which can't allow the car to move at high speed.
