Problems with second gear engaging

My 2008 Tuscan is having jumping problems when trying to shift into second gear. Had it to the dealer and there are no codes reading out. They changed out a sensor and it slowed up but in 3 months time it's worse. Seems to happen most when trying to speed up from a stop or pick up speed from a slow down.

Check your clutch fluid box located by your breaks master cylinder. Your clutch works like your breaks in that when you press the clutch pedal it uses hydraulics to disengage your clutch plate. If it's low or not working properly your clutch plate won't fully disengage and could lead to more problems.

Whilst driving, my E280 gear box moved into neutral for about a second or two, and it shifted into the next gear with a strong sudden ****.

seems like faulty transmission, the reason is when you drive the car gears are up shift form 1 to 2 , 2 to 3, 3 to 4, 4 to 5, like that it should be 7 speed auto trans mission in your car, if you mention when which gear up shift the problem occurred I can give more information about what's the fault in transmission, so according to your details it's like two gears are engage together, when two gears are engage same time the transmission control unit understand it's something getting wrong in the transmission according to actual value of gear ratio, then trans mission change the gear to neutral for a second and after that it give the one lower gear than the gear which was stuck and drive fine, this thing might not happen all the time but is the problem verse it can happen all the time, the solution is you must get your car to the Mercedes dealer workshop then they can find what's the wrong inside the transmission before remove it, they have advance diagnose tool for it, then they will repair your transmission, this is the cheapest way, if some one repair your transmission without right understanding regarding what's the exactly fault you will be stuck, may have to be remove again and again,

first, what is the condition and level of the tranny fluid ? compare with new one please. if not the same by far in clour or odor, get the transmission filter and oil changed. while the pan is off, look in it to see if there is metal in it. if so, your torque converter may need to be change. a little greyish residue at the bottom is normal but if the magnet is full and also the, you got a problem. you may need to rebuild it or replace it.

Replace the transmission with a rte reman transmission as anything else will just have the same dodge problems
About halfway through the last decade, Chrysler started to notice their numbers were down. So in 2007 they started offering an unlimited powertrain warranty on all new cars. This was great news for wary customers, concerned with the notorious reliability issues of the past. Of course, this warranty was only good for customers who bought the car new and kept up with a strict maintenance schedule. But if this was you, you were golden.

But what if you bought a used 2008 Dodge Caravan? Well, you might be in trouble. Imagine the scenario: you're having a sing along with your kids one day and your transmission starts to grind. There is only one place you're going next: the side of the road

It is very difficult to engage the first gear of my skoda fabia

Exchange the transmission fluid with a synthetic lube for easier engagement. Shift to second first before shifting to first helps as well.

1996 Corolla Auto Transmission problem

Hi. 2005 Corolla CE. It's normal. They tend to do this when upshifting form 1st to 2nd gear. No timing chain readjustment needed.

96 Corolla. Overdrive not working properly, if not engaging after 45mph constantly. If driving on the city, is normal, but not after 45mph, when the car is trying to engage overdrive in order to save gas and preserve the trans gears. If not able to get help at the dealership, find another one and explain them the situation.
