check heater/ac fuses first replace if bad..see if there is power to the blower motor connector if so reconnect and check ground wire for the motor.. if still no blow, take motor out and test for operation with 12 volt power supply(battery charger) replace if bad..good luck
First check the wiper fuse then check the relay by turning wipers to on position and listen for the relay to click if it clicks its good.If they are good then turn the ignition and wiper switches on and check for 12 volts at the wiper motor. If you 12 volts then the wiper motor is faulty.Replace motor.
It could be the control switch, but it is a task to replace. The easiest low dollar solution is the relay. Foe a couple of dollars, you can rule out the switch. Otherwise, if the relay does not work and a diagnostic approach was conclusive on the circuit, then the switch is suspect.
First check fuse 103 in the battery relay box and swap the blower relay with another similar relay, such as the horn relay. If this isn't the problem, you should hot wire the blower motor to the battery to make sure it works. If all of that is good, next check the switch/motor controller. Take the connector off the blower motor and check the voltage in the connector. With the key on, the voltage should be 12 volts with the fan setting on high. You can also use a 12 volt test light for this test. If there is no voltage, replace the switch/controller at the control panel. This sound like the blower motor relay(lo relay) is wired in to the head light switch voltage. You need to follow the wire from the blower relay (there should be 4 wires) thats hot when the ignition is on and make sure it goes to the blower motor. It sounds like a couple wires got switched.
as you said relay is good, try to check 4 connection of relay, pullout relay, check if there a 12 volts supply,, a 12 volt control by ignition sw.,connection to blower motor, the last connection is to the switch mostly connected to ground.
could be anything overcharging the system, freon leak faulty componets like compressor or clogged lines or orfice tube or dirty evap. coil check for 12 volts comming into the blower motor with ur switch on high if ur getting 12 volts at the plug then replace ur blower motor
